Im Hawaiian and we do most of the stuff mentioned BUT these are great tips to take care of your hair. All we did or at least me and my family members, was keep our hair in a bun ALOT lol But we used no heat, always air dry and always use conditioner that's for sure. We do eat fish but most of the time its Raw lol and  As for a leave in treatment…VO5 oil lol…plus it kept the head lice out lol…*** THIS IS JUST WHAT WE DID GROWING UP*** Somethings have changed for sure. But this is some good advice.

I really enjoy your Channel! previously on your videos I have been amazed at the information you provided and I tried a lot of the things you have suggested. I haven't worked up enough nerve to cut my own hair into layers like you did in your video tutorial but I think I will eventually. my hair is about the same length as yours. in 2012 I was diagnosed with cancer and I refuse to take any chemotherapy because I didn't feel like it was going to kill me and at that point in my life it was in so much pain I didn't care. I just put it into God's hands and they were able to remove the malignant parts of my body and I didn't lose any hair. this video touched me so much when you said it was important for us to be happy and to eat well. I didn't realize happiness was part of the key. when you started naming of all of those different types of fish that we should eat it was nostalgic two how I felt before I became ill. you reminded me how much I love fish and how I used to eat it all the time before I got sick. it's been so long I have forgot how to cook it. thank you for reminding me. my cancer came back. there's a huge tumor inside of my kidney. we can't do surgery on it until the pain gets so unbearable that I can't stand it. it's complicated. I lost my other kidney in 2012. the survival rate is only 7% if they work to do the surgery so, I'm kind of waiting to die. I am a Greek woman who is 42 years old and my whole life I have been complimented on my hair and I feel like I will always be beautiful if I take care of my skin and hair and eat right and exercise. I started experiencing dryness and breakage hair loss due to stress.I hate to admit it, but I am starting to get a lot of gray hair. your Channel has been great for me all the way around so I just want you to know that I appreciate what you're doing. thank you. your sweet smile is contagious and you are always cheerful and beautiful and well poised. I must really mean it because it tear rolled down my cheek. great job sweetie. I do need to stay centered inside and out and I just wanted to thank you for reminding me:-)g
